Qualitative 360 feedback made easy with Leadership Reality Check

Qualitative feedback is one of the most impactful parts in executive coaching; however, due to its time-consuming process, it can limit a coach’s capacity to serve more clients and is often reserved for senior executives because of its high cost. Recognizing the importance of enhancing productivity and helping more clients achieve professional growth, I needed a solution for my own coaching practice to make the qualitative feedback process easier, more efficient, and accessible to professionals at any stage in their career. That's when I created Leadership Reality Check, which automates the traditional qualitative feedback process of conducting interviews and writing reports. This tool gives coaches complete control and visibility over the data, enabling them to be far more productive, expand their client base, and deliver an invaluable service to their clients.

“I needed a solution for my own coaching practice to make the qualitative feedback process far more efficient yet equally impactful.”
